Our shipping policy is for all product's at the store unless on the product page we wrote something else:
Please allow 2-4 days handling and preparing your order and 12-18 business days for your order to be delivered. We know it takes some patience, but it is worth it (orders outside the US may take up to 27 business days). We work with different manufacturers worldwide, this is the reason for sometimes long shipments.
We are not the shipping company, We work many different shipping companies around the world.
If for some reason your order is lost or damaged by the shipping company we will make sure you will get a new order free of charge.

If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.
